Brian Light, Chairman of the Balkerne Tower Trust, is giving Colchester Recalled Oral History Group, a talk on the the amazing history of the town's iconic water tower. The talk is this Thursday, 15th January, 2015 and non-members are welcome… The talk will be held in the Music block of the Colchester Institute, room K357 at 19:00.
