Lendal Tower

David Blackburn sent in these recent pictures of the Lendal water tower in York. The construction is for the conversion of the tower into flats. It's a wonderful location, I hope the occupants won't mind cameras pointed at their windows, this is a very photographed sight in the city.


It is good to see that the history of the tower is on a plaque.
