They may have been sold by now but at time of posting were still for sale. If you fancy a tower with four bedrooms, 3 baths and and another water tower as a home/SME office, (is this a BOGOF offer?) then get onto Wright & Co at Sawbridgeworth.

The smaller tower, of the Halstead pair, I believe to be circa 1864 and have it at TL 81770 30933, the larger one at TL 81749 30909.
The tower in Braintree is one of a pair too. I believe the image shows the smaller 1880 tower at TL 75775 23185. The larger one is at TL 75769 23163.
More information on the pair of Braintree towers, including plans and pictures prior to conversion, may be downloaded here: http://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/catalogue/adsdata/arch-439-1/dissemination/pdf/essexcou1-51604_1.pdf (3.3 MB)
